Legendary karate master ''Shihan Anil Sinha'' founded the organization to advance karate education while assisting Bengal's karate practitioners.

''Shihan Sattrajit Chowdhury'' assumed leadership of the organization after his departure, leading the organization through a period of consistent advancement.
