Riddhi Dogra was born on 22 September in [[Delhi]], [[India]]. She completed her schooling from Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi. She later graduated with a degree in Psychology (Honours) from Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi.

Before entering acting, she trained as a dancer at the Shiamak Dawar Dance Institute, which helped shape her confidence and performance skills.
