In Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya 4 (2014), Rohit Suchanti portrayed Dhruv after starting his TV career in episodic roles. He played Vikram in Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya 5 and Rohit Agrawal in Warrior High in 2015. Later, in Pyaar Tune Kya Kya Kiya (2016), he portrayed Abhay.

Rohit played Jai in ALTBalaji's Class of 2017 after making an appearance as Ramakant (Ricky) Modi in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya in 2017. He played Ratan Maan Singh in Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya that same year. He entered Bigg Boss 12 as a wildcard in 2018. He portrayed Anshuman Sharma in the 2019 film Dil Yeh Ziddi Hai.

From 2021 to 2025, he starred as Rishi Oberoi in Bhagya Lakshmi. Since July 2025, he has been playing Angad Virani in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2.
