“Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2” is an Indian 2025 Hindi-language comedy film directed by Anukalp Goswami and produced under Abbas–Mustan Films Production in association with Venus Worldwide Entertainment. The film stars Kapil Sharma in the lead role, returning once again to a multi-marriage comedy storyline. The film is scheduled to be released in India on 12 December 2025.

Plot

Mohan and Saniya are two lovers whose marriage is impossible because of their different faiths. Mohan says he will change his religion for the sake of Saniya, but due to mix-ups and coincidences, he mistakenly marries Roohi. Moreover, his parents surreptitiously tie him to Meera, and in Goa, he also weds Jenny while trying to rescue her. Now, with three wives, Mohan finds himself in a dilemma of concealing the reality and balancing the coexistence of different religions, families, and situations. His falsehoods cause a commotion that involves the police, relatives, and public drama. In the end, the truth prevails, and the three wives pardon Mohan, thus allowing him to marry Saniya. Just when everything appears to be fine, Mohan is told that a fifth marriage was already set for him, and the story concludes with him fleeing in terror.

Reception

Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2 received mixed reviews from critics. Rishabh Suri of Hindustan Times gave the film 2.5 out of 5 stars, saying it has a few entertaining moments and a good cast but feels too long and uneven. Syed Firdaus Ashraf from Rediff rated it 4 out of 5 stars and felt that beneath the chaos and comedy, the film subtly talks about unity, the Constitution, and the true idea of India. Shreyas Pande of The Hindu noted that the film combines loud, over-the-top humour with quiet progressive themes. Deepa Gahlot from Scroll.in criticized the film for being dated and silly, with only limited satire. Shilajit Mitra of The Hollywood Reporter described it as a mix of satire, fantasy, and low comedy, with Kapil Sharma once again playing a man with multiple wives. Bollywood Hungama gave the film 3.5 out of 5 stars, calling it a light, family-friendly comedy that brings back the fun spirit of 1990s madcap films and praises Kapil Sharma’s performance.
