He holds both a National Record and a World Record as the Youngest Chartered Aerospace Engineer.Mejorly he did his Research work in Hybrid Rocket Propulsion as a Rocket scientist. Ujjal Adhikary was born in India. He earned his Bachelor of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering before completing his Chartered Engineering (Aerospace) from the Institute of Engineers (India).
