Jaya Pateriya was born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh though her native place is Damoh, Madhya Pradesh . She grew up in a family that was pretty much focused on public service and day to day duties. She is also the founder of HMSI Production Pvt. Ltd., a production company that works across feature films, short films , music videos, documentaries, advertisements, artist management, and entertainment events. The company also produces content around social awareness and emerging talent.
