Arrul Prakash is an Indian film director, producer, actor, writer, entrepreneur, and comic creator. He is known for his work in the Kannada film scene, and he is the founder of Lekhyas Studio, which is an animation and comics production company started in 2018. He has written over 30 comics, he authored Kannada books , and he also set up the Ranball Indian National Club. As an actor, he has shown up in films like NH48 and Love Lost Gone.
Early Life & Education
Arrul Prakash was born on 27 July 1990 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. His father worked as a transporter, while his mother is a homemaker . He grew up in Hassan, Karnataka , where he finished his schooling. After that, he completed his 2nd PUC from Navodaya.
Career
Arrul Prakash started out professionally by working with organizations such as Canara Bank, Kurlon, and Subway , and he gained a few years of corporate experience. Later, he stepped into the Kannada film industry as a junior artist, then he moved on to assistant director work. With time , he built his place as a director, producer, and actor.
In 2018, he co-founded Lekhyas Studio together with his wife . The studio leans into animation, comics and imaginative storytelling. Through the studio, he has written and produced more than 30 comic titles including Major Mukund, Cowgirl, and Son of Vayu.
Besides comics, he wrote two Kannada books, Girimana Sumana and Hagaluruli. He has also produced and acted in the music album Midnight Lovers.
As an actor, Arrul Prakash is playing the lead role in the films NH48 and Love Lost Gone, while also directing and producing film projects.
In 2021, he founded the Ranball Indian National Club, a sports organization with franchise teams taking part in competitions all over India.
