Her debut on television was with the show Badho Bahu and in web series with Roohaniyat. In 2022, she appeared in Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 followed by movies, television shows, and web series. In 2026, she entered Naagin 7 followed by the show Bigg Boss 20 as a contestant.

Kanika Mann was born on 7 October 1993 in Panipat, Haryana, India. She has completed her education from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
Career
Kanika Mann initially began her career as a model and later featured in Punjabi music videos. Her acting career started when she appeared in the Punjabi film Rocky Mental released in 2017. In 2018, she made her debut in Kannada films with Brihaspathi and she also did the Punjabi film Daana Paani. In the same year, she made her television debut with the show Badho Bahu.
During 2018 and 2020, Mann portrayed the character of Guddan Gupta Jindal in Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega, which was the biggest milestone of her career. In 2021, she appeared in the Punjabi film Amrika My Dream.
In 2022, Mann made her debut in web series with Roohaniyat where she portrayed the role of Prisha Srivastava. She also appeared in Punjabi film titled Majajan Orchestra and she participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 and became a finalist.
In 2026, she appeared in Naagin 7 as Radhika. She also became a part of Bigg Boss 20.[1][2][3]
