Early Life & Education
Harman Singha was born on 5 April 1988 in Jalandhar, Punjab, into a Sikh military household. He is the younger sibling of TV personality Rannvijay Singha . Because his father’s transfers were with the Indian Army , he attended several schools , and then finished his schooling at Army Public School, Pune. Later, he studied for a Bachelor of Science degree in Nautical Science from the International Maritime Institute, Greater Noida , and he also attended courses at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
Career
Before he became active in entertainment, Harman worked as a Merchant Navy cadet. After moving away from that path, he shifted to Mumbai, and started working there as an assistant director, along with writing and creative consulting for different production teams.
He got his acting start through the YouTube web series 101 Varanasi in 2015 , and then he appeared in The Trip, A.I.SHA, It Happened in Calcutta, Shoorveer, The Talent Manager, Big Girls Don't Cry, Call Me Bae, Arranged Couple, The Family Man, and Ab Hoga Hisaab. He additionally wrote and helmed Hrithik Roshan’s music video DNA Mein Dance.
Apart from acting, Harman has hosted NBA broadcasts, Zee Cine Awards, travel shows, and several television specials. He’s also the founder of Northern Lights Creations, a Mumbai based production company.
