Aman Ranjan is an Indian entrepreneur. He is the Founder and Director of LACSA TECH, an AI and cybersecurity learning startup located in India, and he also works as an Application Security Engineer at a Noida-based edtech company. He secured his first cybersecurity role at 18, after finishing higher secondary school, and before he fully wrapped up his undergraduate studies.
Early Life & Education
Aman Ranjan was born on 3 September 2006 in Jhumri Telaiya, in the Koderma district of Jharkhand, India. During his school time, he started getting drawn toward technology and cybersecurity, then he started learning by himself, using some online materials that he found around.
After he finished his Class 12 education in 2024, he joined the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program at Jagannath Jain College, Jhumri Telaiya. That college is a constituent unit of Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh.
Career
In 2023, he began hosting free technology and cybersecurity classes on Telegram, with the goal of teaching students practical, industry-focused know-how. At first it was a small online learning effort, but it slowly grew to hundreds of learners and later turned into the base of his education initiative.
That initiative initially ran under the name LiveAllClass. Later, during the process of company registration, the name got shortened to LACSA, which was formed by combining "LAC" with a few additional initials contributed by members of the founding team. Aman has mentioned that the organisation was built together, collectively, with multiple early contributors.
In May 2025, the organisation was incorporated as LACSA TECH Private Limited. Then in 2026, it received recognition under the Startup India initiative, from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). The company now concentrates on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity learning via online learning programmes, including AI Career Diploma courses, Ethical Hacking programmes, startup education, and skill-based training. In the same year, LACSA TECH also set up its first offline learning centre in Jhumri Telaiya, Jharkhand.
While building LACSA TECH, Aman also started his professional journey in cybersecurity. In February 2025, he joined a Noida-based edtech company as a Cybersecurity Expert. In February 2026, he was promoted to the role of Application Security Engineer.
His responsibilities include Application Security, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), web and mobile application security assessments, platform protection, secure software development practices, and application migration. He has also helped out with independent security assessments and digital copyright protection projects, mostly involving online content monitoring and takedown procedures.
