He is the Co-Founder and Director of RPM Group India and its flagship company RPM Advertise, an outdoor and integrated marketing agency known for developing and operating organized out-of-home (OOH) advertising infrastructure across Central and North India, with a pan-India execution network.
A first-generation entrepreneur, Dipesh Gome is recognized as one of the youngest OOH media entrepreneurs from Central India, with expertise in outdoor branding, media planning, media infrastructure development, and integrated marketing solutions. Early Life & Education
Dipesh Gome was born on 7 September 1998 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. He completed his school education under the Madhya Pradesh Board from Mahavir Bal Mandir, Indore, where he developed an early interest in leadership, communication, and business.
He pursued his undergraduate studies in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with specialization in Management and Marketing from Altius Institute of University Studies and later from Renaissance College of Commerce and Management (RCCM), Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, between 2016 and 2019. Dipesh completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing and Financial Planning from Prestige Institute of Management & Research (PIMR), Indore, during 2019–2021.

Career
Dipesh Gome began his entrepreneurial journey in 2016, founding RPM Advertise as a BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing services agency. During the early phase of the Digital India movement, the company expanded into digital marketing and social media services, helping businesses adapt to emerging online platforms.
A significant shift in his career occurred when he identified structural inefficiencies, lack of transparency, and declining advertiser trust within the traditional outdoor advertising industry. Taking a strategic risk, Dipesh transitioned RPM Advertise into organized outdoor media development, focusing on compliant infrastructure, data-driven planning, and long-term public-private collaboration.
In 2023, RPM Advertise secured the branding and media rights for the AICTSL Public Bicycle Sharing (PBS) stations in Indore. Under this project, Dipesh proposed converting PBS stations and related public assets into structured outdoor branding platforms, enabling affordable and effective OOH solutions for mid-scale and emerging brands while generating sustainable revenue for public authorities.
Following this milestone, RPM Advertise expanded its owned OOH media network across Central and North India, while simultaneously building a pan-India execution and assistance network to support national-level advertising campaigns.
The company currently operates and manages outdoor advertising formats including:
- Public Bicycle Stations (PBS)
- Unipoles and Mini-Poles
- Billboards and Highway Hoardings
- LED Outdoor Screens
RPM Advertise works closely with multiple government and semi-government bodies such as Municipal Corporations, Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), Railways, and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs).

Dipesh Gome resides in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He comes from a middle-class family and experienced financial hardship during his early years, including the sale of his family’s under-construction home in 2007 due to financial constraints. These experiences influenced his focus on financial discipline, self-reliance, and sustainable growth. He is fluent in Hindi and English.
