Rajashri Pagar was born on 7 June 1990 in Bhokardan, Maharashtra. After finishing her D.T.Ed from Pune University in 2010, she went on to get a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013 and M.A. in English in 2017. She then got her B.Ed from BAMU University in 2020. Her fascination with public life and community development kept on increasing along with her studies, thereby determining her future involvement in politics and social leadership.
